Monthly Book Reports

September: Fantasy-a story including elements that are impossible such as talking animals or magical powers. 

October: Mystery- a suspenseful story about puzzling events that are not solved until the end of the story

November: Realistic Fiction- a story using made up characters but could happen in real life

December: No Book Report - Family History Project

January: Traditional Literature- a story passed down from one group to another including folk tales, legends, fairy tales and myths

February: Biography- account of a persons life written by another person

March: Informational- text that provides facts about a variety of topics such as sports, animals, science, history, careers

April: No Book Report

May: Poetry
